- Rackner Vision, LLC, a Joint Venture between iVision Consulting and Rackner, Inc., has been awarded a prime contract on the GSA 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resource for Services (STARS) III Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). 8(a) STARS III is a Best-in-Class GWAC that provides flexible access to customized IT solutions and expanded capabilities for emerging technologies from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners.
