- The Small Business Administration (SBA) recently approved Rackner Vision, LLC as an 8(a) Joint Venture (JV). Rackner Vision is a JV between iVision, Inc. and Rackner, Inc. providing technology integration and consulting services. Together, Rackner and iVision offer the federal government IT capability across the full spectrum of IT services.
